The supported content types and the availability of the Share online services may vary.

Note that you have to have an existing user account with the online service. To subscribe to an online sharing service, go to the service provider’s website and check that your Nokia device is compatible with the service. Create an account as instructed on the web site. You will receive a user name and password to set up your device with the account.

Nokia’s services in the online sharing service are free of charge. Any data transferred over the network may incur charges from your service provider. Contact your service provider or the relevant third party for more information on the services and data transfer costs.

1. Select Menu > Applications > Share online.
2. Choose the service you want to activate, and select Options > Activate.
3. Allow the network connections. If you are prompted for an Internet access point, select one from the list.
4. Sign in to your account as instructed on the service provider’s website.
5. When you have successfully signed in, your device will recognise your account automatically, and your account is accessible straight from the Share online application.
   • You can, for example, upload your media and explore and comment on your friends’ posts by just opening the Share online application.

2. Choose the service, and select Options > New upload.
3. Fill in the necessary fields, and select Insert media to add an image, audio or video to the post.
   • You can add a title, description, tags, location, and adjust the level of privacy.
   • The fields may vary depending on the service you are using.
4. Select Options > Upload.

Ovi share is the online service that enables sharing media content from your phone or computer. With Ovi share, you can share photos, videos, audio, and other media from your PC, Mac or camera phone with one easy step. You can share your content with family, friends, clubs, or the whole world - no sign up or membership is required for recipients to view the media you have shared with them.

Ovi share is pre-installed on your device. To use it, you need to have a connection to the Internet and you must create an account with the service. To access Ovi share , select
Menu > Applications > Share online. From the service list, choose Ovi by Nokia.

When you open the application for the first time, the device asks you if you have an Ovi by Nokia account already. If you have an account, select Yes and sign in with your existing user ID and password. If you don’t already have an account, select No and follow the instructions on the screen to create a new account.

To access Download! select Menu > Applications > Ovi store.

You can use Ovi store to download items such as ringtones, images, operator logos, themes, and video clips. These items can be provided free of charge, or you can purchase them. Downloaded items are handled by the respective applications in your device. For example, a downloaded photo can be saved in Photos.

When you open Ovi store, the client for Ovi store will be downloaded to your mobile computer.
