Nokia India began its Management Trainee program in the year 2006 and since then has been recruiting young talent and investing in them for future leadership roles. The year long Campus program involves various student engagement activities & recruitment initiatives.

We recruit Management Trainee as well as Summer Interns from a few premier business schools in India. The summer internship program lasts for 2 months (8 weeks), whereas the Management Trainee program is an in house, on the job training mechanism that encourages and allows the Trainee to learn & develop themselves for future roles.

The streams/ specializations that we are currently hiring are Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Over the years, we have developed strong campus relations with a few insitutes like IIIM- Ahmedabad, IIM- Calcutta, IIM- Lucknow, XLRI- Jamshedpur and TISS- Mumbai.
